    Your service cost much less than other providers. Why?   We believe in providing quality services at affordable prices. If you are paying more than a couple of bucks a month for an end of day stock provider your ARE paying too much!    
             
    What services does EOD equities provide?   We are a service provider for historic stock pricing data.    
             
    How do I use your service?   Visit the services page and register a user. Once you become a member you will have instant access to download historic data with our automated download software. This data can then be imported into your trading software package for analysis. You can be up and running in just a few moments.    
             
    What data formats do you support?   Downloaded data is in CSV (comma separated value) format. If your software package support CSV you can import the data directly. Otherwise you can convert the CVS file to Metastock format using our free EOD Converter utility. Most major software titles support Metastock format. We also provide a EOD Patch utility to quickly update your data daily after market close.    
             
    Can I get sample data?   You can download a 30 day sample here. This download includes both ASCII and MetaStock format.    
             
    How long does it take to update the datafeed after market close?   Once your have a base datafeed downloaded updates will take between 1-2 minutes to complete and is fully automatted through the EOD Download utility.    
             
    Is your data split adjusted?   Yes    
             
    Do you carry delisted stocks?   No    
             
    How do I import data into my software package?   Please see our help section for detailed directions.    
             
    What exchanges do you support?   Currently we support stocks listed on the AMEX, NASDAQ, and NYSE exchanges.    
             
    What time is your market data available?   We update our database after market close. Updates are available 7:15-8:00 ET.    
             
    Can I receive my data through email?   Yes. From the preferences tab of the members section you can select to have data email to you. We recommended using the EOD download utility to optimize the update.    
             
    Do I have to purchase any software to convert the data?   No. All software utilities are provided for free with purchase of a membership.    
             
    Can I view news and chart data through the site?   Yes. We provide an equity viewer which allow you to choose an external viewer to view charts and other fundamental data.    
             
    I lost my password what do I do?  
Contact technical support. You will be required to know the security question you filled out during registration.
   
             
    I receive an error opening Metastock library with Advanced Get.   Download these two DLLs msfl70.dll msfl90.dll and put them into your Advanced Get program directory. Restart Advanced Get. Reopen library.
